Because I'm this weird I often experience esoteric problems that affect no-one else because I have some conflicting things happening in my system. This puts me in a whole new category of weird because most people only have a small set of DLC. I often own all or nearly all of the DLC for each simulator because I don't like to drive the same thing hundreds of times, I like new things.

I also have a piece of hardware I use to drive called a "Rail Driver" which makes me weirder because there are less than 2500 of them in the world. I have at least ten of them installed on my computer. To give you an analogous example, I "drive" train simulators. This is simply reality in the software industry. When the money does flow towards the minority the reports with the best level of detail with instructions to reproduce the problem are those that tend to get looked at. This means uncommon issues or issues that affect a small number of people are rarely addressed ever. The reality is there is always limited money and the money usually flows towards show stoppers for large numbers of users and new features that fulfil new directions. They often accumulate what is described as "technical debt" where something mostly works, or perhaps could have been done in a better way. Each platform or system has a combination of key features and key directions. Triage of software is a very complex business and is often very subjective. I am not saying this is what Google do because honestly I have no idea how Google handle this. No problem work in the software industry so I can give you a little insight into triage of problem reports.
